We always look "outward" when assessing blame for our lack of happiness/peace. Where we SHOULD be looking is "inward".
We are operating an extremely complex machine that is hyper-sensitive to TONS of external stressors. That machine is our body and mind.
How does a human being function? Our brain? Our nervous system? How about our psyche? You see...we are in charge of this complex machine and we, often, approach the operation of this machine from the perspective of a "laborer" instead of approaching it as a scientist.
