Stop Overthinking & Here's How




Do not listen to anyone, make your favorite things. If you have to take a job to continue fueling what you love...DO IT!!!


Music is a window into something else...something about music can get us into a deeper space more quickly than other methods

Most of you that check out this blog are, somehow, affiliated with the music business.

More specifically, you are probably an Artist and/or Producer. My hope would be that you take the information provided in every "Monday Motivation" and apply it to everyday life as well as your music career.


Also, for those of you that are either friends and family, the goal is to encourage you to either maintain the path you're on OR open you up to other possibilities that exist.


I ask people a simple question when we are meeting for the first time and that is "when you look in the mirror, what is the first thing that comes into your mind, the first emotion you feel?"

Do you know how many times the answer is sadness, unhappiness, a fixation on all the imperfections while, UNIVERSALLY, missing the point that every single one of those things we feel insecure about are the same things others wished they had.


Look, we live in a world where perception has taken the place of reality.

Ever hung out with any of these glamorous/ultra famous celebrities? Well, I bet you had the same experience I did which is this...


THEY HAVE PROBLEMS, INSECURITIES, ANXIETY, NO PRIVACY, ADDICTIONS, HANGUPS, FAMILY PROBLEMS, HUMILITY ISSUES...and the list goes on.


STOP OVERTHINKING...and do it TODAY!!! Just give it a shot for a short period of time. Do not worry about anyone other than what your goals are for the day, the week, month, next year.

The changes will become more and more obvious.


It is all relevant to the amount of energy you are willing to apply to it.


Enjoy the freedom it unlocks as well as the effect it has on your overall wellbeing and the way you interact with others.


Be just a little bit better than you were yesterday and build on it.


It is a marathon not a sprint...
